We are a network of over 150 casting directors, agents, managers, coaches photographers and record labels and magazine editors.  We are a founding member of the entertainment industry's professional organization the International Presentation of Performers.  

We meet talent where they are at and help you reach the next level of success, no matter your experience level.

Our Staff

Bonded and Licensed in the state of California. Workshop leaders are recognizable from popular TV shows and movies. A+ Rating with the BBB. Extensive vetting of all staff.  Owners have been working in this field since 1995.  NYLA Talent won studio of the year at the International Talent event www.ipopla.com in 2018. We have placed hundered of kids and teens with agents and managers.

We have had an incredible experience with NYLA talent! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in confidence, communication tools, how to work with other teens and developed significant acting skills during her time with NYLA talent. These guys are the most professional and experienced she/I have worked with over the span of many years. Not to mention some great training with celebrities!!! I am so glad my daughter is involved, highly recommend!
