Pacific Boychoir Academy

Pacific Boychoir Academy develops confident, engaged young men who are capable of achieving extraordinary outcomes through personal discipline and teamwork. PBA is an independent day school for boys in grades 4-8, with several after-school choirs for boys in pre-kindergarten through high school. The only North American boychoir school outside of the East Coast, PBA offers unique and rigorous academic programs and choral training, producing confident, engaged young scholars and artists. PBA is a richly diverse community, focusing on excellence in academics and music education.

Our Staff

Stella Brown Associate Music Director - Minstrel Choir. 

Mrs Brown is one of the founding music teachers of PBA. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Music Education with an emphasis in Kodaly techniques from the Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford, Connecticut. For the past ten years, she has taught music to both adults and children in various settings, as well as piano pedagogy at the University of Montemorelos in Mexico.

Camp Staff include high school counselors, graduates of Pacific Boychoir Academy in either the Day School or After School. 

All Staff and counselors undergo a background check, fingerprinting, and are well-known to the community.

Honors & Awards

Pacific Boychoir Academy choir have 3 Grammy's, perform on world-wide stages during their International and Domestic tours as well as perform regularly for the  SF Symphony and Cal Performances.
