Peninsula Fencing Academy

Peninsula Fencing Academy offers summer camp for children in San Carlos, California.  Every summer, we run 5-days long day camps for beginner fencers.  We provide a fun exposure to the sport of fencing in a safe setting.  With a focus on fun fencing and games, every camper walks away from this class with a smile on their face.  Our camps include general fitness, footwork, blade work, bouting, hand-eye coordination drills, and games.  During the camp, kids are exposed to Olympic fencing videos, same fencing training drills used by our nationally and internationally competitive fencers, and varying forms of team building exercises.  

Positive Coaching Alliance certified coach Jay Choi has over 20 years of experience teaching every level of fencing from absolute beginners to reigning World Champions.  Their passion for introducing the sport to new kids makes this camp a great experience for everyone!
