Power of Leverage Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our mission at the Power of Leverage Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in Huntington Beach is to impact and empower lives through the disciplined skill of the Power of Leverage with the fellowship of Jiu Jitsu. Our goal is to provide a constructive and supportive atmosphere where students can learn safe and proper techniques in conjunction with fair play through friendly competition.
We fundamentally believe that all students should be praised and rewarded for good behavior and that positive affirmations should be emphasized at all times. Under our guidance & training, paired with a willingness to succeed, all kids, teens, and adults will find a place of importance within Our Team, Our Community, and The Power of Leverage BJJ Family.
At the Power of Leverage students learn life skills and technique that will enhance strength and conditioning through BJJ training. We are an accredited IBJJF school which allows our students to compete at local, national and international tournaments.
Our Staff
Professor Kelly is a First Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is the founder and head instructor of the Power of Leverage BJJ in Huntington Beach, CA. Within the last decade, Professor Kelly has successfully trained under and competed for world renowned instructors and teams. From this regimented foundation, he gained discipline, technique, and mastery while he quickly emerged as the leader amongst the ranks.
