In this cooking class, your child will learn the basics of buttercream frosting!!!
Together we will make delicious buttercream frosting to decorate cakes and cupcakes. I will demonstrate various methods of frosting cupcakes, as well as the proper way to frost a cake. Once we have our cupcakes and cakes frosted, we will move on to basic piping techniques including cake boarders and text.
By the end of this class, your child will know how to make buttercream frosting in various consistencies, properly frost cupcakes, and decorate a simple frosted cake.
