Python is a great language. However, a wide range of libraries add stunning capabilities and make Python even better.

In other words, knowledge of libraries and how to use them is crucial to programming achievements. 

In this camp, your child will learn major libraries and practice using them in their own programs. 

What students will learn

The following commonly used libraries:

  • MySQL: Relational database
  • MongoDB: The most popular NoSQL database
  • MatPlotLib: 2D Plotting and graph library
  • Pandas: Data analysis library
  • Keras: AI, Deep Learning library
  • Pygame: Game library
  • OpenCV: Image handling

What students will develop

  • Address book with MySQL and MongoDB
  • Data analysis with Pandas
  • Many graphs with MatPlotLib
  • Handwritten character recognition application with Keras
  • A few games with Pygame
  • Image editing application with Open CV

After this camp

Your child will be able to develop a database to manage a large amount of data, analyze the data with Pandas and visualize the data with MatPlotLib. Your child will also be able to develop and train an AI model with Keras and visualize the learning process with MatPlotLib. Your child will also know how to handle and edit images in Python and create fun games with Pygame.
