During each beginner session, we concentrate on fundamental techniques. - Falling Safely & Getting Up: Crucial for minimizing injury. - Stance & Balance: How you hold your body for stability. - Pushing & Gliding: The basic movement to get going and maintain momentum. - Stopping: Essential methods like the T-stop, plow stop, and using toe or heel brakes. - Turning: Shifting your weight to change direction. - And more . . .
For intermediate and advanced sessions we offer:
- Backward Skating: Moving in reverse. - Crossovers: Efficiently turning and maintaining speed by crossing one foot over the other. - One-Foot Glides: Balancing on a single skate. - Spins: Rotating in place. - Bunny Hop: A small, controlled jump. - And more advanced techniques depends on your interests can be tailored to your needs, including: - Artistic Skating: Involves jumps, and spins. - Speed Skating: Focuses on powerful strides and aerodynamic posture for maximum velocity. - Jam/Rhythm Skating: Characterized by complex footwork, spins, and fluid movements to music, forward and backward. - And more . . .

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your roller skating lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to other eager skaters.
