Job requirements include having at least one year of experience working with children and having a fun, positive, "get-it-done" personality. Our membership desk staff responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting customers, and building relationships with our families. Additional responsible include selling memberships and party packages, answering phone calls, and administrative tasks. As a Romp n' Roll Membership Desk Associate you will need to: Demonstrate superior customer service and sales skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to relate to children and adults in a parent/child setting, Be extremely organized, Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, Exude confidence, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude, and Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
