Scholar Tech Academy
STA Academy offers high-quality preschool, kindergarten, homework club and summer camp services. We are a team of certified and qualified educators who help prepare students to excel in elementary school. Located in Brooklyn's Canarsie neighborhood, our affordable technology-based program will boost your child's progress in math, reading and other core subjects.
At STA Academy, we take pride in our fun-filled summer camp, open to all children ages 4 to 12. It is an experience your child is sure to remember. The camp, which operates from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, involves trips three days a week - mostly on the train - to places all over New York City.
STA Academy's Homework Club provides helpful, hands-on after-school tutoring for students in pre-k through grade 6. We work to ensure students better understand their schoolwork and master their homework assignments. In addition to assistance from our Homework Club teachers, students can participate in arts and crafts, board games, free play and learn to socialize with others to develop people skills and good manners.
