Seika Ryu Martial Arts
Martial arts modern application taught in traditional style. Great instructors. Beautiful dojo. Focused mind. Powerful body.
The school's primary focus is a self-defense based martial art called Seika Kage Ryu Kempo Jiu-Jitsu; a blend of various Kempo Judo/Jujitsu systems.
The other major program is Judo, focusing on both judo as a martial art and sports competition format (judo is an Olympic sport). The school also offers classes in Aikido and Tai Chi. One of the most active times is our open mat where people train in various styles, do physical conditioning and practice. Training in weapon arts such as Escrima, Lua, and Budojitsu is available.
