The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all enrollments in all Programs taking place in or with ShareWorld Learning Center (“ShareWorld” or “Center”).
- Cancellation/No Show Policy for Group Classes
If you are unable to attend class, please notify ShareWorld by phone at least 24 hours in advance. When a student misses class and fails to notify the front desk by phone or email in advance, no credit can be provided.
- Cancellation/No Show Policy for Private Tutoring
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for school or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you take up the teacher’s time and prevent him or her from meeting with other students. Conversely, the situation may arise where another student fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a class, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
If a private tutoring appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable fee equal to a 1/2 session. Credit may NOT be applied towards this fee.
- Group Class Withdrawal Policy
- Tuition can be fully refunded if student withdraws from class and notifies the front desk at least fifteen (15) days before the start of the class.
- If student withdraws seven (7) or less days before the start of class, a $75.00 handling fee is charged and the remaining balance is refunded.
- After the start of the class, credit will be given based upon the number of sessions signed up for and the number of classes attended.
- Refunds

Registration Fee: $50.00 fee is non-refundable.

College Counseling: Because the college counselor begins doing research and spending time on your student immediately, no refund can be provided once contract is signed.

Classes/Private Tutoring: Any cancellations can only be refunded by credit. A maximum of two (2) cancellations can be made for group classes after signing up.
- Refunded checks for cancellation(s) take about two (2) to three (3) weeks to process.
- Account Credit
Credit given due to cancellations or missed sessions will be effective for one (1) year from the date it was issued. To inquire about your available credit, please contact our office directly.
Enrollment Agreements:
To complete your enrollment, you are required to sign a ShareWorld Learning Center Liability Release Form and or any additional forms that is required at our office location before the start of your class or session.
