South Bay Fencing Academy
South Bay Fencing Academy is more than just a fencing club. Our goal is to provide a quality environment that produces a high performance fencing program based upon a culture of commitment and dedication. We strive to instill in all our students the value of hard work, sportsmanship, respect and discipline.
Join our Elite program and train with our world-class athletes such as Maverick L. Doherty, multiple time National Champion and National team member for the US, and Teodora Kakhiani, European Champion in 2017, 3-time All-American for her Alma Mater Penn State University.
Begin the competitive season the right way! Head Coach Matteo Gallo will direct this 6-day training camp, which is meant for all our fencers who intend to compete or start competing in the upcoming season. The program of the camp will include athletic conditioning, footwork, bladework, technical and tactical drills as well as controlled bouting.
