If you need to withdraw your child from classes, please send a written request to info@stemandroboticscenter.com. Our cancellation and refund policy varies based on when we receive your request.

Cancellation Requests Received:

• At Least 3 Weeks Prior to the Start of a Session:






• You will receive a refund of any fees paid, minus a 10% processing fee.




• Alternatively, you can choose to apply 100% of the fees paid as a credit toward future classes and events.




• You will not be responsible for any tuition payments.

• Fewer Than 3 Weeks Prior to the Start of a Session:




• Any fees paid, minus the first month’s tuition, will be applied as a credit toward future classes and events.

• Once a Session Has Begun:






• Due to the collaborative nature of our programs, we cannot honor cancellation requests after the session has started.




• You will be responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of attendance.




• Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future events and classes.
