SunSpark Yoga

SunSpark Yoga is located in the Old Towne Orange Historic District within walking distance of the Orange Circle and Chapman University. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes with experienced teachers in a non-competitive, community environment. This class is an energetic flow derived from the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series.

Matwork class that blends Classical Pilates, Yoga, and contemporary body conditioning drills to build core strength, flexibility and a total body workout. All levels welcome. This provides a unique opportunity to explore & practice different styles of body alignment, breathwork & sequencing. Explore breath work, intention setting, affirmations, mudras (hand gestures), connection to the divine and other yoga tools while linking seated and standing postures.

This class is designed to strengthen the body, increase endurance, encourage greater flexibility, and still the mind. It is well suited for any practitioners seeking a rigorous flow. This class combines the best of our Restorative Yoga and Sound Meditation classes. This energizing class opens and awakens the body and mind in preparation for the day ahead. Build strength and stamina in body and mind, striking a balance between flowing Vinyasa and longer holds of Classical Hatha Yoga.
