Spring Carnival Creators: Engineering for Fun!

At TinkerOn Labs, we understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your child’s enrollment in our after-school enrichment program. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness:

1. Cancellation Before Program Start Date

• If you cancel 10 or more days before the program start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.


• If you cancel less than 10 days before the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund.

2. Cancellation After Program Start Date

• 
  No refunds will be issued after the program start date, as we will have committed resources for the entire duration.

3. Missed Classes

• 
  No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes due to illness, vacations, or other personal reasons. However, we will make every effort to provide materials and activities for at-home engagement when possible.

4. Program Cancellations by TinkerOn

• 
  In the unlikely event that TinkerOn cancels a program or class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either a full refund or an opportunity to transfer to another session.

5. Transfers and Make-Up Classes

• 
  If you wish to transfer your child to a different session of the same program, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the class start date. 

6. Special Considerations

• 
  If cancellation is due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
