Togisala Shorin Ryu Dojo
Togisala Shorin Ryu is a karate dojo led by Sensei Butch Togisala and Sensei Pi'ilani Requiro in Torrance, CA. Togisala Shorin Ryu is more than a karate school. We take pride in emphasizing the values of Respect, Discipline, Self-Confidence and of course, the application of martial arts, Self-Defense. Our students work hard on the mat and also play hard together. We are more than just a dojo, we are Dojo Ohana, Team Togisala.

Our Staff
Sensei Lelagi "Butch" Togisala is a world-renown martial artist. Sensei Butch's martial arts career started in 1979 when he was just eight years old. He began training under the keen eyes of his father, the late Senosa Togisala and the late Grand Master Sensei Richard Rabago. Senosa knew that martial arts would give Butch a grounding in discipline and respect to help keep him out of trouble.
