Tree Ranch Adventure Day Camp

Both my kids (ages 9 and 5) attended Tree Ranch School part-time for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year, as well as some of the spring break and summer camps. The setting is peaceful and adorable, and they do a good job of keeping the kids cool on hot, hot days. As a homeschooling mom myself, I am envious of Mrs. Kim's energy and enthusiasm for making school fun. She comes up with so many great activities and keeps the kids moving throughout the day, responding to their energy. And she engages at the right level, giving kids freedom to explore and play and make mistakes while stepping in with helpful guidance, encouragement, or redirection to help the kids learn and grow in a comfortable way. Come pick-up time, my kids were always busy playing one group game or another, begging to stay, which was music to my ears, after several tearful or bored pick-ups at other schools pre-covid. I am incredibly grateful to this school and would definitely send my kids back if they didn't have special curriculum needs, but I am hoping they can at least go back for the camps next year.

Amazing!!!! Our kids attended Adventure Camp for spring break 2021 and loved it! They did hiking, archery, roping, animal care, arts/crafts, and water games! The teachers there are kind knowledgeable and dedicated. We will absolutely be back for summer camp!

Tree Ranch School has been a godsend to our family.
Prior to coming to Tree Ranch School our son resisted going to school. We had a few great teachers, but we also had some that were not understanding when he had difficulty with keeping up with the pace of the rest of the class. This made our son feel less then others and resulted in him not wanting to go to school.
Since coming to Tree Ranch School our son wakes in the morning excited to go to school! He loves the variety of in-class instruction combined with outdoor life lessons.
Mrs. Kim is very patient and works with every child at their pace.
The decision to have our son attend Tree Ranch School has proven to be one of the best things we could have done for our sons growing education.
