Let us help you reach your fitness goals. Our classes are designed for everyone from the beginner who just wants to get in shape to the competitive athlete who wants to improve coordination, functional strength and stamina to excel in their athletic endeavors.

With a lifetime of experience in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Wrestling, Krav Maga, and Self-Defense, all of Triton Gym’s trainers will help you reach your fitness and/or self-defense goals.

Beginner to Advanced Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA Clinics, Gi Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Group Fitness, Spin Classes, Circuit Training and Strength & Conditioning classes. We offer Youth and Teen Programs teaching Self-defense and Fitness, Personal Training for all ages and levels, an Outdoor Gym and a Family Friendly environment!

John Marsh / Head Coach

Head Trainer, John Marsh, has competed for many of the worlds top mixed martial arts shows including: the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Pride, Rumble on the Rocks, and the International Fight League (IFL). 

With notable wins over many world class opponents, he will guide you on your path to success, whether your goal is to lose weight, get in shape, get ripped, learn to box, learn to kickbox, learn to wrestle or become the next ultimate fighter.
