UTO (Unified Tae Kwon Do Organization) originated from the world renowned Korean martial art Tae Kwon Do and developed with Kang Yeon (powerful spirit). Kang Yeon Tae Kwon Do reforms not just the body but the spirit as well using both the feet and the hands to attack and defend.​
