XCEL Baseball & Softball
XCEL's facility is designed to cater to all levels of baseball and softball players/teams. XCEL's seven batting cages are equipped with coin-operated Iron Mike pitching machines, Jugs pitching machines, real baseballs, real softballs, mid-compression baseballs, and sting-free softballs. Our main functions are cage and pitching mound rentals, token sales for individual batting practice, and private or group lessons.
XCEL Baseball & Softball offers private lessons for individuals and groups. Our professional instructors focus on individual strengths and weaknesses and create a specialized method to develop and refine each player's skills. Our instructors analyze and cultivate the mechanics of each player until they are fundamentally sound and correct. Once the mechanics are learned, students utilize the XCEL Baseball & Softball facilities for repetitive practice, ensuring that those proper mechanics become constant.

Our Staff
Casey Snow played for the Dirtbags of Long Beach State from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Casey was a 15th round draft pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers. During his professional career, he played five seasons with the Dodgers and Cleveland Indians organizations advancing as high as triple-A. Casey has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. In addition to co-owning and operating XCEL Baseball, Casey is a Long Beach local and a Captain for a municipal Fire Department.
