Our Ultimate Kenpo system is a unique blend of Karate, Kung Fu and Jiujitsu, using the best from each martial arts style to provide an effective and efficient method of self defense that can be tailored to any age and body style.

Our Children’s Program provides safe, high-energy, classes that teach practical, age-appropriate self-defense for a variety of circumstances including Child Abduction Prevention and Anti-Bully situations.

Our kids are growing up in a technology-driven world and it’s more important than ever to keep our kids moving in fun and educational ways. For them, self-defense has taken on a much broader scope. 

Our classes are meant to increase self confidence, self esteem, increase one's flexibility and strength and teach practical and useful self defense techniques, all within a safe and friendly environment.
