Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and empathetic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about education technology, understands the needs of schools and enrichment providers, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance the educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity for the development team.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in education technology and enrichment programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in EdTech or productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with product management and wire framing tools like Github, Jira, Trello, figma, etc.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, funnel analysis.
- Experience using BI and analytics tools such as heap, hotjar, sisense
- Passion for education and commitment to improving learning experiences.

Additional details:
This is a remote 1099 contractor position (US applicants only). The management team is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and you will be working in the Pacific time zone. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
