The Great Scranton YMCA “Stingray” Swim Team is based on the YMCA principles of competitive swimming and character development values. We believe that everybody swims and everybody wins. Our Coaching staff is dedicated to emphasizing values through individual development in swimming skills, sportsmanship, leadership, and team spirit. The Scranton YMCA Stingrays are a fully sanctioned YMCA Swimming Program. We participate in the Penn-Del YMCA Swim League- “Monroe” Division, YMCA invitational meets, USA Swimming invitational meets, and for those who qualify, YMCA Districts, States & Nationals.
