Overview

Student-Teacher Ratio 8:1

Where Minecraft meets engineering, creativity, and game design.

In this hands-on, in-person camp, students dive into the world of Minecraft level design—learning how to craft fun, playable worlds while exploring the fundamentals of engineering, game logic, coding, and storytelling. Campers bring their ideas to life using redstone mechanics, design challenges, and in-game coding commands to build everything from theme parks to obstacle courses to escape rooms.

Perfect for Minecraft lovers who are ready to level up their play, this camp blends creativity and tech skills in an exciting, collaborative environment. It’s our most popular Minecraft course for this age group—and for good reason!

Students will:

  • 🎮 Learn real-world game design principles through Minecraft

  • ⚡ Engineer custom builds with redstone-powered logic

  • ⌨️ Use in-game coding commands to create interactive environments

  • 🏗️ Build playable levels like mazes, traps, obstacle courses, and more that can be taken home

We emphasize creativity, collaboration, and confidence through:

  • 👩‍🏫 An average 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio

  • 🤝 Peer collaboration through co-building and playtesting each other’s levels

  • 🧠 Skill-building milestones and instructor feedback

  • 🌳 Team-building games and outdoor activities for screen-time balance

  • ✅ A supportive, in-person environment led by expert instructors

Returning Campers & Multi-Week Enrollment:

Returning campers and multi-week students take on new design themes and engineering challenges each session. With new goals each week, there’s always more to learn, build, and explore!

Our son loves the Roblox and Minecraft camps here and he can't wait to take the Minecraft Design camp again. The instructors are very good and care a lot about what he learns at camp. They are happy to show his work and give detailed feedback too. Highly recommend.

My son had an amazing time at camp. He has done many summer camps over this summer and last, and yet this is the only one he ever told me the night before: "ugh, I can't sleep, I am too excited to go to camp tomorrow." The instructors were professional, great communicators, and amazing with the kids. We especially want to thank Ronnie and the other teacher. My son was thrilled with what he learned and although most of it went over my head, I think he gained a deeper understanding of how technology can be used in things he is interested in.
