Overview
For over a year, as the world has faced unprecedented challenges related to the COVID-19 crisis, our nation’s schools, parents and students have been dealing with school closure and reduced class hours. Students nationwide have fallen far behind their traditional learning objectives; meanwhile the CAAST learning community hasn’t skipped a beat, running full schedules every school day for all grade levels through our distance learning platform. Our regular and gifted education programs seamlessly provide a wide range of options to meet students’ learning needs and objectives, and our students continue to attain outstanding academic outcomes.
This summer, CAAST will offer 2 consecutive sessions of academic courses through our distance learning platform to ensure students are prepared for a productive new school year:
Session I: June 14 - July 8 (Mon-Thur, no class on July 5)English Language Arts
- Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar
- Live instruction and class interaction
- Regular homework assignments, quizzes and tests
