STEM CODING PROGRAM: CREATE (Ages 8-14)

EVENT PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICIES:

  Cancellation/Transfer Policy: If your child cannot make it to this event, send an email to the center (newportbeachca@codeninjas.com) before the event start date and we can either transfer your child to another event (subject to availability).
  


• 
  If Cancelling MORE than 7 Days before the start of the camp: You’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be used toward any for a future camp or toward our year-round program at Code Ninjas Newport Beach location only.
  


• 
  Transferrable Credit: Credit Vouchers are fully transferrable to family or friends and remain valid until the end of the year the credit was issued.
  


• 
  If Cancelling Within 7 Days of the camp start: Respectfully, no credit vouchers will be issued for cancellations made in this window.
  


• 
  Refunds Policy: Respectfully, we cannot process any refunds and no exceptions can be made for any reason. Pro-ration, making up missed camp days, or refunds for missed days is not permitted.
  


• 
  Late Pick-Up Policy: For any late pick-ups after 15 minutes will automatically be charged $25 for each instance.
  


• If we cancel camps, you will have the option to choose another Code Ninjas program, week of camp, or a credit voucher for the full amount paid.
