Have you always wanted to learn how to flip and twist off the diving board?

Do you love diving and want to gain the skills to go to the next level?

Want to spend your summer outside having fun, making friends,  and making (rather, not making) a splash?

Dive Lab summer camps are a great way to do it all!

All camps are held at the beautiful Miwok Aquatics Center located at the College of Marin - Indian Valley. "The Lab," as we like to call it, features a separate diving well with two 1-meter and two 3-meter springboards; 1-, 3-, 5-, 7.5-, and 10-meter platforms; hot tub; Sideline Scout video playback systems; trampoline with spotting belt; spring floor; dry board; and plenty of mats for stretching and tumbling.

Participants will have a dynamic day that begins with a dryland warmup consisting of yoga/ pilates/ tumbling and modeling of diving technique.  After practicing skills on dryland, athletes move into the water portion of the morning activities. Divers are instructed on skill progressions teaching participants how to take off the diving board properly and how to enter the water with no splash. In the afternoon athletes enjoy a lunch activity where they can watch video view, create crafts and enjoy some down time before our afternoon dryland and water sessions.

On Friday, the diver's friend and family are encouraged to watch the athlete demonstrate their skills at the camp dive meet :)
