Zero to Hero in Hands on Computing

1. If you cancel within 24 hours of enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund for the camp, valid for sessions that start 14 days or more from the registration date. You can cancel using the 24-hour cancellation option on the Registrations page in your ActivityHero account.




2. For any single-day workshop, all camp, birthday party, or After-school, there are no refunds past the 24-hour cancellation period. Still, we are flexible in moving the dates and providing future credits as long as the event has not started. 




3. If a student cannot attend the entire week and you notify us at least one week in advance, we offer the option to transfer to another week of your choice. 




4. If a student is unable to attend the entire session of any activity due to illness(before the event starts), we will provide 100% credit towards future camps. 




5. If your child is not enjoying the class they have signed up for and wants to switch to another class offered at the same location, you can discuss transferring to an available session within the same week. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided there is space in the desired session but there won't be any refunds or credits processed if you have decided to discontinue.




6. For any reason, once the session starts, we can not process the refund, future credit, or transfer to a different week.

      7. At Futurebytes, we strive to ensure every program runs smoothly and is a great experience for all. However, if a program doesn’t meet the minimum enrollment requirements, we may need to cancel it. In such cases, we’ll reach out to parents at least a week in advance to share alternative options. If none of the alternatives work for your family, we’ll gladly process a full refund.
